DAY 41 DISASTER RELIEF

Grace Community, along with The Naz in Grove City and Discovery Church in Gahanna, is partnering with Day 41 Disaster Relief, who will hopefully be heading down to Kerr county area of Texas at the beginning of next week. If you would like to donate financially, please give funds directly to

Kris and Jessica Pokorny. Cash or check (made out to Day 41). If you would like to donate emergency supplies, see the list below. You can bring supplies to the church on Sunday morning, there will be designated tables in the front foyer. The ministry of Day 41 has been featured in

the Columbus Dispatch and on ABC 6 News.


Immediate Emergency Supplies:

Non-perishable food (canned goods, protein bars, baby food)

Electrolyte Drinks, Bottled Tea or Coffee

Flashlights and batteries (in unopened, original package)

First aid kits

Over the counter medicine

Personal hygiene products (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, feminine products, deodorant)

Diapers and baby wipes

Trash bags

Work gloves

Face masks (dust and N95)

Portable chargers or power banks

Shovels

Box Fans/large fans

Bibles

Shelter Items:

Blankets and sleeping bags

Air mattresses or cots

Tents

Cleaning & Sanitation Supplies:

Bleach and disinfectants

Buckets, mops, brooms

Paper towels

Toilet paper

Hand sanitizer

Laundry detergent

Contractor bags

Long-Term Recovery Needs:

Gift cards (grocery stores, Walmart, gas stations)

Pet supplies

Storage bins

Construction materials

Generators

Chainsaws

Empty fuel containers

 

Please do NOT bring clothes - these are not a critical need and we need to best utilize our space for top priority needs.
